Edge Fund is a management team specializing in investment and valuation creation within NATO. Our funds are Venture Capital and Special Situations. We look to invest in areas where we will provide disruptive change in key defense and security areas.
Our primary focus is sectors and technologies that are often defense and security R&D led, with dual-purpose applicability when mature. We only invest in companies with a specific application within NATO.

We identify significant untapped and monetizable value in technologies being developed within a limited number of companies for which there exists a confirmed demand in the defense, industry 4.0 and other key sectors.

These technologies represent disruptive developments and advances protected by intellectual property that create a competitive advantage, and application and solutions that will be of high relevance for the defense and security sectors. These will usually have a duality of use, and will also be used more widely in commercial sectors.
